SITUATION

Intuit Sydney's go to market group was in flux and as a challenger in a market competing with two bohemoths: MYOB and XERO, they decided to let nothing hold them back from winning market share.

 

HYPOTHESIS

If we move fast, lead with claims and own mobile we will:

  • Double click through

  • Disrupt Xero

 

Solution

As is typical of an unkept space, weeds grow and the experience needs tending. The fresh objectives gave us basis on which to refresh the conversion engine. Aside from a light visual update, the meat of this effort centered around focusing the users on information to help them to purchase the right product. In short, we trimmed the fat and and created a focused, efficient, and properly paced experience where users felt confident and excited about their purchase.

First 12 hours:

Launched Australia's very first, mobile first TOF DCO Campaign.

First 48 hours:

Launched mobile first and customer first responsive web experience.
